Return Policy

We guarantee that all packages will arrive at your address, no matter what. If they do not arrive within 60-days, you will be immediately issued a no questions asked refund for your order.

Our return policy lasts 365 days. If more than 365 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In what situations are returns/compensation NOT approved by GENERIX LLC?

Below are instances where a customer will not be eligible for returns and/or compensation:

  • Unapproved returns or returned products not processed through GENERIX LLC's RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedure
  • Products whose warranty period has expired (all items carry a 1-year warranty)
  • Received returned products that are damaged because of inadequate return packaging
  • Products that were originally approved for return through our RMA procedure but have been confirmed by our staff to be not broken and actually well-functioning after testing, shall not be returned to the buyer, unless the buyer pays return shipping
  • Physically damaged or broken products caused by misuse or mishandling, subjects to manufacture technical test result

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

For electronics, all functional electronics are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.  This fee applies only when a fully functioning device is returned to us because the device is unwanted.  Items returned due to quality/warranty issues will be refunded in full.  This fee, if applicable, is non-negotiable.  Please be sure you have researched the items you are purchasing before making a purchase with us to avoid having to pay any re-stocking fees.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
