Oh no!  Something Wrong With Your Order?

No Problem, here's how to get it resolved:

Email us (support@generixllc.com) with your order number and a brief description of the issue.  We may attempt to help you troubleshoot if there is some sort of software error.

You will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from one of our customer support representatives.
